You don’t need a finished design to get started — a conversation is enough. That said, any of the following will speed things up considerably if you have it to hand:
- Floor plans, AutoCAD drawings, or PDF layouts of the space
- Photos of the current rooms, including any trouble spots
- A reference image, Pinterest board, or a style you’re drawn to
- Rough measurements, if a site visit hasn’t happened yet
- Your target budget range and preferred start date

What Happens After You Approve Your Quote
Once you’ve signed off on the proposal, the actual work begins — and this is where having one accountable team really pays off. A dedicated project manager becomes your single point of contact and owns the schedule from mobilisation right through to handover. You won’t be left chasing different trades or trying to figure out who’s responsible for what.
We submit any required permits, coordinate material and joinery deliveries from our own workshop, and sequence the trades so the site runs with as little disruption as possible. You’ll get regular progress updates and can visit whenever you’d like. Before handover, we run a full snagging inspection, fix anything that needs fixing, and walk you through the finished space together. The price you approved is the price you pay — any changes are ones you request and sign off on in writing.
