Founded in 1988, Perhour Technical Services began as a small team of dedicated craftsmen with a simple belief: quality finishing work should never be compromised. Decades later, that belief still drives everything we do. We have grown into one of the most established interior decor companies in Dubai, yet we have kept our hands-on, detail-obsessed approach that earned us our first clients over 38 years ago.
Over forty years in the UAE market, from promoting renovation concepts to some of the city’s most ambitious interiors, we’ve helped shape the interiors behind that growth. We listen to your vision, budget and goals and survey your space to understand exactly what's possible.
02. Design & 3D visualisation
Our designers produce detailed layouts, 3D visualisations and material boards so you can see the result before we build.
03. Approvals & documentation
We handle drawings, permits and approvals with the relevant Dubai authorities and your landlord or developer.
04. Execution & project management
Our trades execute the build with tight quality control, with a dedicated manager giving you regular progress updates.
05. Snagging & handover
We complete a thorough snagging inspection and handover, backed by our workmanship warranty.
